What I am hearing from a lot of people in the impact sector who have been doing their purpose for a while is that they are feeling lost right now.
And they are asking a lot of questions because of the collapse happening in that sector - especially in the humanitarian field. And also because of the intense pushback they are experiencing right now.
What we have to understand is that we are in a different purpose phase now - that one book has ended and we are called to write a new book.
That means each one of us has to look at our purpose within the context of the times we are in now. We have to evolve and adapt our purpose for the systemic transition that has already started. By finding what is ours to do at this time.
